STANLEY T. BOOKER

A New Castle, PA, native, Stanley joined the United States Army after high school in 1992 and was stationed in Guantanamo Bay. Attorney Booker served honorably for four years. Following the completion of his service, Attorney Booker first entered Butler Community College and later Slippery Rock University where he graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

In 2001, Stanley was admitted to the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. While in law school, Attorney Booker was employed as a BARBRI consultant assisting other students’ study for and pass the bar exam. In 2004, Stanley graduated with his Juris Doctorate degree. After a stint in both the Allegheny District Attorney’s Office and at a Corporate Law Firm in Pittsburgh, PA, Stanley returned home to New Castle, PA, where he established the Law Firm of Stanley T. Booker, which he has owned and operated since 2007.

Attorney Booker is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and resides in Lawrence County, PA, with his wife and has eight children.

MELANIE F. WOMER

Born in New Castle, PA, and raised in Sharon, PA, Melanie graduated from Life Skills Center of Youngstown in 2008. While assisting her mother own and operate C’s Waffles in Hubbard, Ohio, Melanie attended Youngstown State University while working full-time and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 2012.

Melanie attended the University of Akron Law night program on a full academic scholarship and received her Juris Doctorate in 2017. While at Akron Law, she participated and worked at the Inmate Legal Assistance Program assisting inmates in Mahoning and Summit County jails. Additionally, Melanie worked at numerous Expungement Day events which assisted low-income individuals expunge their criminal record. Attorney Womer briefly worked at a criminal defense firm outside of Columbus, Ohio, which aided indigent defendants navigate the criminal justice system. Attorney Womer returned to the area in 2018 to work for the Law Firm of Stanley T. Booker.

Attorney Womer is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Ohio. In her free time Melanie enjoys cruising to the Caribbean. Melanie resides in Trumbull County, Ohio.

In addition, Attorney Booker and Womer are assisted in the office by their legal assistants Tenisha and Carol.
