In February 2026, a not-guilty verdict for Criminal Trespass, a felony of the second degree was secured after the jury deliberated merely ten minutes.

In October 2025, a not-guilty verdict was obtained for our client in a Capital Murder trial where the Commonwealth sought to put our client to death. He waited nearly four years for justice.

In August 2024, our client was found not guilty for Persons to Possess a Firearm, a felony of the second degree, although our clients DNA was found on the Firearm.

In June 2024, our client was acquitted of all charges relating to Attempted Murder, a felony of the first degree, under the theory of self-defense.

In August 2023, a not-guilty verdict was secured for allegations of a decades old Sexual Assault.

In March 2023, a not-guilty verdict for Persons to Possess a Firearm, a felony of the second degree was obtained, although our client was on surveillance camera possessing a firearm.

In June 2022, our client was acquitted of all charges related to Possession with the Intent to Deliver Cocaine, an ungraded felony, for narcotics found located in their home.

In December 2021, a not-guilty verdict was secured for our client for charges of Rape, a felony of the first degree.

In January 2020, a not-guilty verdict was secured for our client for charges of Rape, a felony of the first degree, where his child’s mother accused him of the crimes.

In September 2019, a not-guilty verdict was obtained for our 17-year-old client for charges of Robbery, a felony of the first degree.

In March 2019, our client was acquitted of numerous charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine and Crack Cocaine, ungraded felonies.

In March 2018, during the jury trial where our client was accused of Aggravated Murder, our firm secured a plea for Felonious Assault, with a sentence of time served. Our client was facing life in prison.

Our firm also has reached thousands of negotiated pleas which were extremely favorable to our clients. Other cases were dismissed during the pretrial stage through motions or negotiation.
